Rab and Jamesie hitch a lift with the delivery van and make a spiritual trip to Buckfast Abbey in Devon, where the wine comes from. Whilst in the confession box Jamesie meets up with Brother Frank, an old Govan resident who became a monk twenty years earlier when Ella left him for Jamesie and has sworn to get his revenge every day since. And he does, for when Jamesie comes to, he's taken holy orders.
