Wine Tasting Stoneleigh 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Malborough, New Zealand

I've had a lot of biting, acidic Sauvignon Blancs before...but this one instantly moves into the top 5! Don't get me wrong; it tastes delicious and I highly recommend, but anyone new to wine or new to Sauvignon Blanc attempting to drink this...WAY TOO POTENT FOR THEM! There is nothing breaking that astringency off in the wine! The notes of kiwi melon certainly add complexity, but that biting citrus especially on the palette...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
