Holding actus reus and void of human morality, altogether exceeding the humanity of an active Veteran, Matthew Livelsberger and extending to those in the path of the Tesla vehicle caused additional human harms to bystanders, all events as though someone else were controlling the vehicle. Plaintiff states that the “someone” was, in fact, ELON MUSK, the very technology of "his" rockets, his eyes never having left his computer in the company of his ego and black void where his heart belongs.
