Drones "Ours or Theirs?"

What happened to the drones over NJ? One thing is for sure, there are drones from militaries across the world, drones from government-funded aerospace companies, and there are drones from unknown origins. This captures an account from multiple eye witnesses of a drone that picked up an elk deep in the forest that was most likely not of human origin. Who or where are these "drones" coming from?
