Drain the Swamp

Here's the second of our reports leading up to the inauguration of President Trump. The Washington bureaucracy frustrated his efforts to Drain the Swamp during his first term. But now he has new authority, thanks to a 2024 Supreme Court decision, that empowers him to more effectively cut the size and scope of the government.
