Rep. Ralph Norman vows to continue fight to impose term limits on Congress

Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) says 88% of Americans support term limits for Congress. Rep. Norman says he’s hopeful his amendment, which limits U.S. Senators to two six-year terms and U.S. House members to three two-year terms, will be enacted this Congress.
