The courts are all a private for profit business belonging totally to the very private BAR Association. Because the courts are not de jure, and because the courts are the private property of the BAR Association the courts ARE NOT required to follow the statute. The judges only use the statutes of "this state" as a guide. When you answer to the ALL CAPS name, you have contracted with a private judicial system and you have agreed to abide by everything they do. However, because everything is either owned, operated, and influenced by the BAR Association, and because the people are so ignorant and stupid, there is not a snowball's chance in hell of going back to de jure law. Just pray that God destroys everything for us and pray that you who know the truth survive for restoring lawful de jure government.
