LA What's Next? Rain Storm Flooding, Landslides?

Rains predicted in CA by the end of the month. Will LA be hit again after the wildfires, just like what happened to Paradise, CA shortly after those fires with heavy down pours of cloud seeding with mass flooding and landslides to prevent any rebuilding by property owners? We'll be keeping watch.
