REALIZE - vocalize your awareness that what you wanted didn’t happen - you missed the target/ goal/ opportunity RESOLVE - you must find the passion, confidence and commitment to keep on anyway in the face of perceived failure and profound obstacles RESTATE - you must frame the story of ‘missed expectations’ as a learning experience and apply those lessons to future goal setting instruction and plans - acknowledge every small success as starter fluid for momentumRESTART - you must redouble your effort, action and focus with more intensity than before (apply 10X Rule Thinking here)REACH - Success is like swimming- you have to stretch and pull with each arm repeatedly until you reach your target - one arm won’t do it. Doggie paddles won’t do it.
