The Spiritual Storm RAGES! Which Side Are You On?

This week Shannon M. Gross continues with the Spiritual Storm series with Part 2, “The Storm is Raging”. In this second video, the Holy Spirit allowed Shannon to encounter a sinister question posed by the kingdom of darkness. Sparked by curiosity about why she heard it with her physical ears, she asked the Lord why she heard it, what it meant, and the action she should take. The Lord also released a mighty word of revelation pertaining to this explanation and the reaction people will have as His Spirit storms the earth, and what they should do about it.

The astounding revelation confirmed that the enemy plans to strike at given time. Our adversary (the devil and demons) view humans as objects to use and takes what is necessary from us to accomplish their dastardly plans to destroy us and all humanity in any way possible. Regardless if people don’t believe the spiritual realm is real, the devil will overstep his boundaries to capture and torture any person willing to bend to his temptations—even during the night when he plants thoughts, and dreams for them to latch onto as their own.

This is another reminder that even during times of victory—although we celebrate—the body of Christ must remain on guard to protect their hearts and minds from the wiles of the devil. Even as he slinks back into the shadows after a momentary defeat, his efforts to continue to plague, harm, and capture humanity remain in effect. We may have won a battle, but the war is still raging. Each believer must daily take up their armor and not only continue to fight, but gain back the ground and everything the enemy stole! We must stand firm in our identity in Christ and not let any of the enemy’s plans form or take fruition. We have victory in Christ and He goes before us to fight and prepare the way for His righteous remnant to take back what is ours!

The Holy Spirit provides several lessons from the life of Daniel as an example of how believers should model their life if they want to achieve success during these dark and tumultuous times. As the enemy forms more sinister plans against the righteous, we must band together in one accord under the unity of Christ Jesus and storm the world to be the light and salt desperately needed in the darkness to bring people hope that a good future is in store for us. We must allow the Holy Spirit to work in us and through us to bring on earth what heaven prepared for such a time as this.

God also released a word regarding four categories of people His Spirit will encounter when He floods the earth like a storm in the coming days. He gives insight into the actions people can take to be encouraged and successful during this time, no matter what category they find themselves in.
