RECIPE
1 Pound finely chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
16 oz phyllo dough thawed
1 Cup butter, melted

Syrup
1 Cup water
1 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Sugar
zest and juice of 1 lemon
* be sure syrup is cool before pouring over baklava after baked *

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown
