George R.R. Martin COOKED By Fantasy Writer Who FINISHED THE BOOKS!

George R.R. Martin caught a stray via the dedication of the final book in the Saga of the Forgotten Warrior books. Author Larry Correia dedicated the final book, Heart of the Mountain, to George with the simple line "To George R.R. Martin. See? It's not that hard."

Correia started and completed his 6 book series in less time than George has taken to release The Winds of Winter and apparently these two have a bit of a history, but it's all in good fun. What does get highlighted is Martin's laziness and excuses for bailing on his audience once again. There are many reasons for this, but chief amongst them are his fans he has cultivated since 2011's A Dance of Dragons are not the same ones that would be receptive to his rather based musings.

He is lazy, he is out of ideas, but he is scared of the backlash. Follow the lead of former BattleTech scribe Blaine Pardoe and give no care to the cancel mobs!
