Remembering the Boy Scouts' motto of "Be Prepared" and the Marines' motto of "Always Faithful", and initially skeptical about our municipal government, here in Washington State, acquiring a Farmers Market, we're beginning to warm up to the idea given the unforeseen but not good implications of what a terrible regime, on its way out the door, is leaving in its wake.
