Recipe:
1 Pound cooked and shredded Chicken
4 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1 Cup diced Carrots
1/2 Cup diced Celery
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Package 8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Cups uncooked Ditalini Pasta
2 Cups frozen Spinach, drained
Top with Cheddar Cheese
