The Work is GOOD When You Can Get It! (Alberta Trapline)
Brush pile burning can be quite lucrative if done effeciently, so there are many contractors vying for the few jobs available. In our case, the logging company (ALPAC) has a policy of giving trappers affected by their harvesting operations the first dibs on such work.
This video documents the efforts and beautiful sights involved when accessing remote brush piles in the northern Alberta winter. You'll also see how such piles are lit.
