An Example of What is Wrong With British Justice - Shocking!

Lives get destroyed yet there seems to be no deterrent. This repeat offender serving his third jail term for similar offences (and who allegedly showed no remorse) is due to be freed long before his sentence is due to complete.
How is this right?
