Gators Custom Guns at Washington State Supreme Court

On January 14, 2025, the Washington State Supreme Court held oral arguments in Washington v. Gator’s Custom Guns, LLC, a case on appeal from an April 2024 Cowlitz County Superior Court decision that ruled the state’s ban on so-called “large capacity magazines” unconstitutional. Solicitor General Noah Purcell argued on behalf of the State, who appealed the lower court’s ruling. Austin Hatcher of Silent Majority Foundation argued on behalf of Gator’s Custom Guns.
