I remember years ago I went over to visit my elderly mom and she was using Listerine, I told her she should never use that or any type of mouthwash. I had a working cellphone at the time (I don't have a cellphone now) and I looked up the ingredients that were in Listerine. EVERY single one of them except for one was a toxic chemical and / or caused cancer. The only ingredient that wasn't was water BUT they probably use fluoridated water and that IS toxic. Mouthwashes destroy the microbiome in your mouth and in your gut if you ingest any of it.
ALSO even before that I remember just before my dad was murdered by his doctors in hospital I saw the orderly wash his mouth out with mouthwash while my dad was UNCONSCIOUS!
