AMAZING AND EASY Greek Spinach Pie Recipe

So easy to love Spinach Pie! Wrapped up in the Phyllo dough with all the crispness, makes it hard just to have one. You'll be so happy you took the little extra time to make these and they also freeze well.

Recipe:
10 Ounces frozen Spinach
6 Ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Onion
2 Tablespoons fresh Parsley
1 Tablespoon fresh Dill
Salt
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Package Phyllo dough
1 stick of butter, melted
