Will SQUARE ENIX Sue You Over CRITICISM?

We know Studios HATE when people Review their Games and give them Negative Reviews, and now it looks like Square Enix wants to weaponize the Legal System against you for it. I see this could go WAY further if allowed to stay in place, and is an obvious threat to Free Speech as well as the Gaming Industry.
