Man Runs Over His Friend With Car And Tries To Deny It

On November 30, 2023, officers were dispatched in response to a hit-and-run incident. The suspect struck a person with the passenger-side door of his vehicle and fled the scene, leaving the victim critically injured. Here’s what happened when the police located the suspect. The man was taken to jail for further questioning regarding the incident and while coming out of the vehicle, he acted as if he just arrived on earth. He continued to insist that he wasn’t driving the car, even though witnesses had seen him driving. While transporting him, the officer noticed that the man had slumped in the seat and stopped the vehicle to help him sit back up. He had no patience to wait for the medical staff. One of the officers interrogated him. Shortly after, he began resisting the officers. He continued to argue that he had done nothing wrong. The man was charged with aggravated reckless driving, aggravated DUI, other traffic offences, failure to report a motor accident and resisting arrest.
