Copper Thieves Learn Shoplifting has Consequences

On February 24, 2024 in Florida, officers were called to Home Depot in reference to a shoplifting. When they arrived on scene, asset protection advised that two females had concealed copper fittings in their purses, and when they were approached after passing all points of sale, one woman had remained on scene while the other had fled. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
