Recipe:
8 oz Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove
2/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
Pepper to taste
1 - 14oz Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Drained
6 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain excess liquid

Pair with celery sticks, toasted bread slices, tomatoes, tortillas or crackers.
