Installing the Cheapest Gamecube Modchip and Failing to Boot Swiss

So, I finally got the stuff I needed to install picoboot in my gamecube, but does it work? Not for me apparently. I wanted to have a cool gamecube, but it didn't work out, yet. I will try to troubleshoot what I missed and do another video when it works.
