On Wednesday, January 15th, 2025, the Issues4Life Foundation held its annual fundraising webcast. The webcast is a day of celebration commemorating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., born Tuesday, January, 15th, 1929.

Dr. La Verne Tolbert is President/CEO of Teaching Like Jesus Ministries, Inc. ( TLJM - http://www.teachinglikejesus.org/about-dr-tolbert.html ), a parachurch ministry equipping leaders in the local church. She trains teachers with principles from Jesus’ ministry in interactive workshops and seminars throughout the United States.
