Proving once again that he's the dumbest man to ever sit in the White House, Joe Biden has just "declared" the 28th Amendment (Equal Rights Amendment) to be part of the Constitution?!? No joke. The ERA's been dead for decades, and Emperor Joe can't magically wave it into the U.S. Constitution.
