Every five-fold ministry is an extension of who Jesus is, yet too many pastors/shepherds are disconnected from their flocks, mere hirelings, which is very un-Christ-like. There are numerous issues in the church that flow from there. I'm going to explain what pastoring/shepherding should look like in direct relation to Jesus.
