9/11 NYC Attack, Stock Trading, Making Millions.... Prior Knowledge?

A forgotten news bit about some unusual stock trades just prior to the "terrorist" attack in NYC on September 11th, 2001.
Was this just great timing or was there prior knowledge? And who was making these trades?
