Who Would You Pardon If YOU Were Biden?

Joe's almost out of office, but in his continuing drive to set Trump up with the worst circumstances possible, he will undoubtedly make some more baffling pardons. We all know he will unconstitutionally pre-emptively pardon many people like Fauci. What he doesn't get is that pardons are for people who've been criminally convicted (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pardon)

So what a pre-emptive pardon means is that he thinks these people ARE guilty of something and doesn't want them to be convicted - which is essentially illegal. So with all that Joe has done already, it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for him to "pardon" anyone for anything. So with that in mind, we put ourselves in Joe's shoes and take a mostly humorous look at who WE would pardon if we were Joe, and some of the reasons that make as much sense as the actual reasons for those he's already pardoned.
