This week: Can Christians sanctify previously pagan things and use them to worship God?

Warning: The discussion during this week's study got a bit contentious. This topic is a difficult one linked to lots of strong emotions. We need to talk about it, though, or we'll never make our way towards a mutual understanding of the truth. Nevertheless, all things should be done in love, and this debate could have had a more loving tone. The following week's discussion attempted to rectify that issue.
