You cut 3 lines in Agar to give it
A door or Flap that will lift up
Then you place your contaminated
Agar slice under the door/ Flap

Once the Mycelium begins to grow on top
You will scrape that top Mycelium to make
A final Transfer making a clean plate 🍽️
