Can your FFL steal your suppressor or firearm? Oddly...yes

I've run into quite the mess with a suppressor purchased in October that I still haven't even submitted a form 4 in silencer shop for yet. Oddly, my application now says complete....but I never signed anything.

Talking to ATF and law enforcement, I want you to be aware this is apparently a think that I didn't know about.
