In 'Lunar Oracle' Visional Scenarios, the Lunar Oracle is active from 21:00 to 03:00 in-game time (about 15 minutes in real life). A red moon will rise over Nalcott, bringing dangerous changes to the world, but rewarding Metas for their courage. During this time, the lower your HP, the more resources you'll collect.
