The answer is simple, Even though Tiktok and it’s audience had a general Bias that favored the UnDemocratic party, it simply wasn’t enough. Unironically, Tiktok, which is far from a free speech bastion, was too free for them.

If they don’t employ Draconian censorship, they lose the total control, that they have enjoyed for many years. The levers of control that they have are braking.

And as it turns out, this Undemocratic Ban of tiktok might just be temporary, as President Trump has indicated one of the first things he may do after Inauguration is to give a 90 day extension to save TikTok in the US.

I’ve already seen the cognitive dissonance of the leftists dealing with the Undemocratic party banning their platform and President Trump Saving it.
