Why Mike Johnson chose NOW to speak on Biden's mental decline?

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has decided now…..a day before Biden leaves office, that he’ll share a story of Biden’s mental decline from a year ago. It shows cowardice, in my opinion that he didn’t share stories like this when it happened. Maybe things would have been different.
