What surprises does this super crusty '71 T2 VW dual port 1600cc motor hold?

Inspired from watching "Hard Times Engine Rebuild" videos by @HapticGarage on YT, I decided to tear apart a 1600cc dual port engine with a thrown rod that came out of a 1971 bay window parts van that had been used as a chicken coop in someone's back yard. I had picked up the van for $50, no title, and hauled it home to be a parts van for a 1971 Westfalia Camper. Twenty plus years later, nothing has come of that project, but baby steps. The motor has been sitting in the cargo area of the parts van for over 20 years, and I felt this would be a fun learning experience tearing into it and might offer up some treasure. Filmed roughly 6 hours of footage of tearing this apart early last summer and have taken forever to finish editing and getting this uploaded.
