My Soul Doth Magnify the Lord

What does that mean to magnify the LORD? It is to make Him bigger than yourself. When you look through a magnifying glass at page in a book, it makes the letters on the page look bigger. So that you can see them better. And that is how you should live your life, as a magnification of Jesus Christ for all to see. Psalm 69:30  I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving. As John the Baptist declared about Jesus Christ: John 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease. The only way for Jesus Christ to be magnified in your life is for you to be de-magnified, in other words, you must humble yourself and set yourself aside.
