Tort Claim Notice Coming Right Up! Compilation

Guy spends nearly an entire day delivering Tort Claim Notices to multiple Counties and Agencies. This is stemming from a false arrest in August of 2024. The arresting agency is Clackamas Sheriff, but Portland, OR PB was also involved. He also intends to bring suit against the Multnomah County District Attorney for malicious prosecution. Doing it in person creates a good record and great content. He needed to edit much out so that the clips would not be too long. You will be very entertained with the results.
