Tarantula in the New Mexico desert.

We bought camping lots in Animas, NM at Smugglers Roost and my cat ran this thing out from under my truck. This tarantula had his hind legs in the air… apparently they can JUMP!!! I had no idea. 🤯

This thing was coming at me bro!
He kicked his back legs up to threaten me… It worked.
