Is God Broke? - Ravi Chandran

While the answer to this question is obvious, hearing some contemporary preaching on finances may make you think otherwise!! Why is it that in some churches and ministries, all you hear is about finances? Is the Bible simply reduced to money?

People feel used, abused and often left disillusioned by being manipulated by con man artists disguised as “men of God”. The Bible says money is not evil, but the love of it is. People easily get deceived due to their love for money. Many Scriptures point to the fact that God wants to bless us with wealth so we can be a blessing. Deceivers use these verses out of context to lure people into giving. Truth is, there are 7 biblical financial principles in the bible. We seldom hear it taught in churches in context and according to the Scriptures.
