Andrew lies down on a bench, likely at the police department, saying that he is “sleeping on the streets” in an attempt to elicit sympathy from his viewers. He also states that he had a “head banging meltdown” at some point before this video.

Note: Compare how Andrew's manner of speech alternates from his slow and halting “baby voice” early in the video, to relatively normal by the end of the video.
