This figure us a repaint of the WFC Earthrise Ironhide and Ratchet Mold. For the most part it's more a straight up repaint with the same shield gimmick vs. the improved SS86 versions of the retooled molds.

This repaint is done for the diaclone universe in honor of Ironhides original toy and colors. Thankfully they improved the figure over the years and he is no longer the atrocity that existed in toy form during G1.
