Pacific Palisades fire predicted in 2019!

Who could have predicted the Santa Monica fires, and the eco destruction created by a corrupt politicians and their lack of critical thinking? I called the State Parks 3 times and they were just too busy eating lunch and sitting in their offices, yes for real! Guess were one of the fires started? Right near here! I tried to make people aware, in this case I couldnt.
