- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
**Baking Instructions**
1️⃣ Combine yeast and warm water in a large bowl. Add milk, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, butter, salt, and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth, then stir in the remaining flour to form a soft dough.
2️⃣ Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic (6-8 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
3️⃣ Mix cinnamon and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Punch down the dough and divide it in half. Roll each portion into an 18x8-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then roll up tightly and pinch the seams.
4️⃣ Place each roll seam-side down in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Let rise until doubled (about 30 minutes).
5️⃣ Bake at **350°F (175°C)** for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
