It's cold again here in Southern Ohio, and I've got the itch to smoke some meat! This time, I’m testing if I can make pulled pork in an air fryer and get results similar to smoking. Last year, I tried this experiment with a poor man's brisket, and now it’s time to see if this method works for pork. Pulled Pork Rub Recipe:

2 TBS Brown Sugar
1 TBS Applewood Smoked Sea Salt (usually I used regular kosher salt, 2 TBS)
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Cumin
1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
1/4 TSP Chili Powder
