Grandsons of Daniel M. Salter discuss his above Top Secret military career and book, Life with a Cosmos Clearance.

He ultimately held a Cosmic clearance 38 levels above Top Secret, dealing specifically with UFO, ETs and particlization (the science behind time-travel).

He rose to Chief Master Sergeant and then joined the NRO in 1969 working within the Interplanetary Phenomenon Scientific and Technical Counterintelligence unit.
