TTF : Tool Tip Font ( Rendering System )

1. UI 576x576 pixels
2. Refresh Grid : 18x18 cells
3. Refresh Cells : 32x32 pixels
4. Font Glyphs : 32x32 pixels

...

But the text is centered into the middle of the UI so I must render text in 1/4 chunks . So 16x16 chunks of a 32x32 bitmap font glyph .
