Moreover, historical evidence confirms that the Gospel of John was originally composed in Greek, the prevalent language of the Eastern Roman Empire during that era. This choice facilitated the dissemination of Jesus' teachings across diverse linguistic and cultural groups. The New Testament itself attests to the multilingual environment of the time, as seen in John 19:19–20, where the inscription on Jesus' cross was written in Aramaic, Latin, and Greek.

The Gospel of John unequivocally presents Jesus as the eternal Word, affirming His divinity and pre-existence:

These passages irrefutably affirm Jesus Christ as the eternal Word, the divine Son of God, and the sole source of salvation. The Quran's failure to recognize this truth exposes its profound theological deficiencies.
