Dana 45 Rear Axle Blown Out? Getting The Ratio & Other Information In Case I need To Find Another.

I am feeling like this is the original axle as I have seen Dana 45's mentioned on other sites. It's a C30147 and that number pops up on the odd search. I sorted that it is a 3.08 with 6 of 5.5 wheels and all of that. I also pulled some oil to look for bits but really only found some flakes so it may be that it is alright and the grinding I heard the other day was the gearbox?
