Why Did I Leave Catholicism

In this video, I share my personal and heartfelt story of leaving Catholicism and converting to Islam. Growing up Catholic, I always had questions about my faith—questions that went unanswered. I wondered why nuns couldn’t marry, why the concept of the Trinity felt confusing, and why I struggled to find clarity and peace within my beliefs.

My journey took a transformative turn when I began learning about Islam. The simplicity of its teachings, the concept of one God (Tawheed), and the clear answers I found in the Quran resonated deeply with my heart. After much reflection and prayer, I made the life-changing decision to embrace Islam—a faith that brought me peace, purpose, and a deeper connection with the Creator.
